Technique Analysis
Where high-tech meets swimming.
Do you want a performance edge? How serious are you in achieving the winning millisecond?
Using the most advanced underwater camera technology, we are able to analyse a swimmer’s technique from start to finish giving instantaneous feedback. This same system is currently being used by the French Swimming Federation, the Australian Swimming Team, Harvard University, Newcastle University and Swim Amsterdam amongst others.
School Swim programmes
We have designed a swim course specifically for school children in line with the national swim curriculum. These swim programmes are tailored for the needs of each school, providing the highest level of coaching to ensure that children not only meet the national minimum requirements to swim but most often excel and go on to join swimming clubs.
Our school swim programme is headed up by Gianna Piastopoulou and her team of swim coaches. Gianna is a highly experienced coach with over 12 years experience working with 10-13 year old swimmers. She is an expert coach in the development of age group swimmers.
SWIM CAMPS
We host a number of swim camps throughout the year of between 2-5 days. These camps focus on endurance training, strength training and technique analysis. Different camps are run for the different swim levels.
Our swim camps are held during school holidays at Worksop College where we have access to the gym and sports hall for land-based training, the pool and a classroom for video analysis.
Hosting swim camps for
swimming clubs
We are able to host residential swim camps for other clubs from both the UK and Europe. The clubs will be given full access to the beautiful grounds and facilities of Worksop College which includes pool, gym and fields.
